Our Initiative: One Community
The City of Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County are undertaking an equity initiative that seeks to embed the notion of equity into every budget and policy decision made in our community: "One Community: Advancing Racial Equity in Ann Arbor & Washtenaw County."
This initiative looks to reverse institutionalized racism and increase the County's ability to discuss
and confront implicit biases and provide equitable access to opportunities for all residents.
