One thing each of us can do is keep equity on the minds of community leaders and policy-makers. Below are other ways to keep the equity conversation alive:
1. Talk to your elected officials about equity What would the County look like if it were more equitable? How would the County improve community outcomes with an equity lens? If you have thoughts on the County’s equity initiative, share them!
2. Attend a County Commissioner or City Council meeting & share your thoughts The County Board of Commissioners and Ann Arbor City Council meet regularly and welcome residents to attend all meetings. You can use these meetings as an opportunity to share your thoughts about equity in our community.

3. Join a board, commission, or committee Being on a County board or commission gives you a chance to participate in the County's operations and be a partner to the Board of Commissioners on certain initiatives. A directory of boards, commissions, and committees can be found here.
